More than matching words
A search finds notes that use the same words. Bleegax looks for notes that mean the same thing.
A small language model, running on your own computer, reads every note and writes down what it is about, what its writer is trying to do, and the larger goal behind it. Notes link when that context matches, even when they are worded differently or come from opposite ends of an organisation. A shared word or name still counts, but least.
Can't look up what a customer owns: we keep no list of customers' names, emails and the products they bought from us, unless they ordered on our web store. Caller today had a two-year-old bag and no receipt.
Proposal for after the move: a registration page where customers enter their name, email and the products they bought from us, with serial and purchase date. We would finally have a list of who owns which of our products.
