Bleegax

Other applications

The same galaxy, pointed at people, teams and the web.

Bleegax is built for notes, but the map works on anything made of small pieces of text. Below, three made-up apps run the same interaction: lights are things, a line joins two that share context, gold marks a connection nobody made by hand. Click a light to open it; the things it connects to stack beside it, each with the reason. Drag to turn the map.

One engine underneath, three kinds of node.

Nothing about the map changes between the three. A node is a post, a message or a page; a person is a node too when people are the point. Links are the same six relations Bleegax already draws, and gold is the same score: how far apart the two ends sit (other topic, other team, other site) times how likely the link is real.

★ keep and ✕ not related are labels in every version. In a social network they tune whose posts reach you; at work they tell the model which cross-team links were worth an introduction; in the browser they shape the next page it puts beside this one.
